Shipping & Freight
Shipping information for US Jetting equipment, including parcel delivery, LTL freight, receiving preparation and damage inspection.
Shipping is selected according to product size, weight and destination. Parts and accessories commonly ship by parcel carrier, while jetting units and oversized equipment require coordinated commercial freight.
Freight delivery preparation
Before dispatch, confirm whether the destination is commercial or residential and whether it has a loading dock or forklift. Liftgate, appointment and limited-access services should be requested in advance and may add carrier charges.
Receiving your shipment
- Have an authorized recipient available.
- Inspect packaging before signing.
- Note visible damage on the freight receipt.
- Take clear photographs and retain packaging.
- Report damage promptly with the order details.
Delivery estimates
Transit estimates depend on destination, carrier capacity and product readiness. Tracking or carrier information is provided when available. Contact our team for a freight quotation or special delivery requirements.
